Our foremothers have had many incarnations.  From matriarchal Mesopotamia to the modern day patriarchia, we’ve gone a long way.  Let us honor those that have come before us.  Let us honor ourselves and that part of our lives that keep us connected.

Put a photo of influential, significant women in your lives on your altar, next to your bed or in your journal.  Don’t be shy to put a picture of yourself there as well.  Honoring ourselves is an important aspect of self love that is essential to our well being.
